Activities
Bowling
The Club has 12 Teams, with players ranging from top County/District bowlers to beginners, in the Airedale & Wharfedale Leagues and one team in the Bradford Vets.
In addition to League Bowling, the Club has internal (and some external) competitions running throughout the season.
With a full range of bowling equipment, the Club encourages Members to have a go for themselves. If you’d like to give it a try speak to Club Captain, Richard Jennings or any of the Team Captains who will be happy to get you started.

Bar and Lounge
Plenty of comfortable seating, open fire and a well-staffed large bar area serving a full range of beers and spirits.
Snooker
The two full-sized snooker tables are there for Members use. We have all the equipment including cues for your use. There is easy-to-use queue system for busy times.
We run two main competitions throughout the year which are open to all Members.
Pool
There is a Pool Table in the upstairs room.
Golf
There is a golf section who arrange various golf club visits throughout the year..
Social
There are numerous social events, including barbecue, party nights, Christmas snooker fun night. Similarly, there are bowling events for everyone to have a go. Keep an eye out on the Club Noticeboard for forthcoming events.

New Members
Members wishing to nominate a new Member should in the first instance, email the Club (ilkleybowling@btconnect.com) with the name and email address of the proposed new Member.
Along with the names of the Members who are proposing and seconding the application. Please note that Proposers and Seconders have to have been a Member for at least one year.
If the Membership is “OPEN”, you will be notified and the Proposed Member will receive an Official Application Form via email.
If the Membership is “CLOSED” the Proposed New Member will be added to the Waiting List. When Membership re-opens the applicant will be notified by email with an Application Form. This will be done chronologically.
Please note that this is the only way to introduce a new Member. Pieces of paper left behind the bar or verbal requests to Officers/Committee Members will not be accepted.
